Nathan Martinak is a Toronto-based film and television editor. His work has premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and has aired on domestic and international platforms, including Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, CBC, and PBS. Nathan’s expertise has earned him CCE and CSA award nominations for his work on Endlings and Odd Squad. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, is an alumnus of Sheridan College’s Advanced Television and Film program, and was a member of the 2025 Editing Cohort at the CFC’s Norman Jewison Film Program. When he isn’t in the edit suite, Nathan is likely spending time with his dog, Linus—a former TV star he adopted after falling in love with him while editing CBC’s Mittens and Pants. He's also an avid Toronto sports fan and hates talking in the third person.
